The Santa Lucia is an adaptation of the full Sourdough Baguette but provides the versatility of a smaller, more subtly flavoured Baguette that is a trendy way of replacing biscuits on your charcuterie boards. The Santa Lucia embodies the authentic rustic character of provincial French sourdough, crusty and chewy with a distinctively reserved sour note – however we have woven in an Italian Ciabatta twist that you will love. Designed to compliment not to over power fine cheeses and cured meats. Like all our Sourdough breads our technique, adapted fermentation and our own starter –  is the secret to the unique flavour profile.
