A nostalgic interpretation of a French Colonial delight. The Rustic Artisan’s Napolitaine is an attempt to create a finer balance to a classic French Colonial Gateau. Our Interpretation is a journey to seek equally balanced flavours -from the fine buttery biscuit base to the delicate frosting to the decadent French confiture. We seek to achieve this balance in every bite. We achieve this exquisite balance and flavour profile by designing a narrower biscuit, use of a generous amount of French confiture – but ensuring that the frosting is light and delicate. A symphony of equal parts. Perfect for afternoon tea or coffee or as an accompaniment to your dessert bar.
