  1. Coq au Vin- The Rustic Artisan’s Coq au Vin is divine slow cooked chicken thigh fillets with sautéed smoked bacon, mushrooms, hints of tomatoes and cooked for hours and hours in a red wine Pinot Noir sauce.
  1. Porc Ragu (Pork)  – Slow cooked, pork collar butt, in a  divine red wine sauce with sautéed carrots, thyme, rosemary and caramelised onions.

 

  1. Beef Creme Napolitana – Classic red napolitana sauce, with a subtle crème bechamel infusion accompanied with tender minced beef.
