The Santa Lucia embodies the authentic rustic character of provincial French sourdough, crusty and chewy with a distinctively reserved sour note – however we have woven in an Italian Ciabatta twist that you will love.  Like all our Sourdough breads, our technique, longer fermentation, and our own starter is the secret to the unique flavour experience.
