The piece do la resistance is our Sourdough Croissant that is delicately hand crafted from premium Australian Wheat, butter and our own artisanal Sourdough Starter. The end product results in a slight more dense, buttery feuilletée pastry that departs a mildly fruity finish on the palette. A unique flavour profile that is cultivated over 48 hours of fermentation and is rarely reproduced in other store bought Croissants. We will let you be the judge.
