The French Puits D’ Amour is another invention from the imagination of the Rustic Artisan. Our signature Mascarpone, custard Crème is infused with a unique island coconut and topped with an exquisite Fermented Cherry.
We use an imported Mascarpone base filling – not Ricotta…. Resulting in a more creamy, luxurious and delightfully smooth finish on the palate. This beautiful tart is encased in our handcrafted, signature short crust pastry. A complex play on the sweet and sour makes this an experience to savour.
